All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout. We work to display products and colours accurately, but actual appearance may vary slightly due to screens, materials, and natural variation in wood and textiles. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to update or discontinue products at any time.
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including where an item is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or we are unable to verify payment or delivery details. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund of any amount charged.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully authorized.
Delivery timelines and methods are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
Our products are covered against manufacturing defects under the terms provided with each item. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper assembly, or damage caused after delivery.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Formory Group Furniture is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Formory Group Furniture and may not be reproduced without permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Ontario.
