Yes — we offer free local delivery across Toronto and the GTA. For destinations elsewhere in Canada, shipping is calculated at checkout based on size and address.
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Local deliveries typically arrive within 3–7 business days; Canada-wide shipping takes 3–14 business days depending on the item. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.
For local Toronto & GTA deliveries, large items are brought to your room of choice. Please make sure doorways, hallways, and stairs can accommodate the item.
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details and exclusions.
Contact us within 48 hours at support@myformory.ca with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.
Some pieces arrive flat-packed and require basic assembly; others are ready to use. Assembly requirements are noted on the product page where applicable, and instructions are included.
We work hard to show colours accurately, but screens vary and natural materials like wood and textiles have subtle variation. If you have a question about a finish, just contact us.
