We want you to love your furniture. If something isn't right, here's exactly how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be:
Email support@myformory.ca with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Our team will reply with return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization. Please do not ship items back before receiving instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges (where applicable) are non-refundable.
For local Toronto & GTA orders, we can arrange pickup of larger items; a delivery/pickup fee may apply and will be communicated in advance. For shipped orders, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to large furniture items returned without fault, and will always be disclosed before you proceed.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@myformory.ca with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (following the steps above) and place a new order for the replacement. If you'd like help, just reach out and we'll guide you through it.
Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. Orders can usually be cancelled at no charge before they ship or are scheduled for delivery. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
